The other day I received a Christmas greeting from one of our very worst patients down at PC Sankt Hans, whom I last saw 10 years ago before I became ill and retired. One of those where my consultant said: "Yes, it usually ends badly". The main diagnosis was schizophrenia in addition to four or five of the heavy others.

The person went in and out of the closed one. Now he has had a girlfriend for several years and had a child a few years ago.

It's working. I get so happy for the person.
