Methodology
In my work, I draw on various schools of psychology and have especially trained in Narrative and Cognitive Therapy. My own therapy has been Humanistic, Existential, Systemic and Psychodynamic. My supervision has been Narrative, Solution Focused, Cognitive, Psychoanalytic and Emotion Focused. I integrate multiple methodological perspectives in my work, and you could call my approach Metapsychological; a lovely older term Freud used.
Below you can read more about my methodological approach. For more information you can contact me Here.
