As a student and psychologist, I really appreciated having a supervisor to watch my conversations via video recordings. I was brought up with a methodological transparency from my internship at DISPUK in '01. I would like to continue this, and it is close to the cognitive idea of openness in relation to the therapist's understandings. the therapist's understandings. So I offer it as an option in the supervision of younger psychologists; video supervision or visits to create a current reflection space.
